SEATING POLICY:
Seating is General Admission on a first-come, first-served basis except where noted.
When it is noted as a reserved seating event, seat assignments are made to best possible seats at time of reservation.
Our effort is to start performances at the advertised hour unless there is an unavoidable delay. In respect to our audience members who are seated prior to show time, late arriving guests will be seated only at time designated by the artists and their production artistic staff. This policy also applies to audience members who may step out of the Theatre during a performance.

TICKET POLICIES

All tickets are General Admission except where noted.

No refunds or exchange.

A charge of $2 per ticket will be assessed when charge by phone and order online.

Senior Citizens are defined as 60 years and older.

Box Office opens 1 hour before the performance.

Seating begins approximately 1/2 hour before the performance.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa.

We offer group rates for small groups (8+) and big groups (20+) , please call (808) 455-0385 for more information.

ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair seating is available for all performances.

We appreciate advance notice of patrons with restricted mobility.

Assistive listening devices are available upon request.

Accessible parking is located on the Diamond Head side of the Theatre. Follow this link to see parking directions/map.

Be sure to use the first entrance to the campus parking lot.
